REGULATIONS AS PER DECREE N° 2014-138 DATED FEBRUARY 17TH 2014 FROM THE MINISTRY FOR CRAFTSMANSHIP, COMMERCE AND TOURISM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Admission and stay terms


Authorisation from management or a representative is required to enter, camp or stay on the campsite. The representative is in charge of overseeing the campsite is correctly managed and maintained and that the rules are followed.
By staying on the campsite, you agree to the rules and agree to follow them.
No one can take up residence here.

2. Police formalities

Unaccompanied minors are only allowed entry with written authorisation from their parents. In line with article R. 611-35 in the law for the entry and stay of foreigners and asylum seekers, management requires foreign guests to complete and sign a personal police form.

It requires the following :

1° Surname and first names
2° Date and place of birth
3° Nationality
4° Home address

A valid form of ID must be presented. It may be photocopied and will immediately be given back to the client.
Children aged 15 and under can appear on one of the parents’ forms.

3. Set-up

All camping equipment must be set up on the stated pitch as per instructions provided by management or a representative.

4. Reception

Opening times for reception and its services are subject to season and displayed at the resort entrance.
Complete information about the campsite facilities, supplies, sports facilities, local tourist attractions and useful addresses are available from reception.
A complaint handling system is available to clients.

5. Display

The rules are displayed at the campsite entrance and reception.
They are provided to clients on request.
The ranking, tourism/leisure category and number of tourism/leisure pitches are displayed for listed camping areas.
Service prices are provided to clients in accordance with terms outlined by the minister in charge of consumption and are available to view at reception.

6. Departure terms

Clients are asked to inform reception of their departure the day before. Clients intending to leave before reception opens must pay for their stay the day before.

7. Noise

Please avoid any noise or discussions that may disturb their neighbours.
Please monitor sound systems. Do not slam car doors and boots.
Dogs and other pets are allowed and must never be left to roam free. They must not be left alone or locked up on the campsite whilst their owners are out and are civilly liable. Pets are not allowed in any communal facilities, entertainment areas and the Incan Valley.
Management ensures its clients’ wellbeing by banning any noise throughout the resort from 10pm apart from certain communal areas where the resort may allow it until 1am.

8. Visitors

Following authorisation from management or a representative, visitors are allowed onto the campsite and the campers welcoming them are responsible for them.
Clients can meet their visitor/s at reception. The campsite’s services and facilities are available to visitors. However, visitors may be charged to use these facilities subject to the price displayed at the campsite entrance or reception.
Visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campsite.

9. Driving and parking

All vehicles must be parked on the main car park at the resort entrance.
Driving in the resort is strictly restricted and subject to specific rules.
A speed limit applies to vehicles driving on the campsite.
Only campers authorised to enter the campsite can drive on the campsite. Parking is strictly forbidden on pitches reserved for accommodation unless a parking space has been provided. Parking should not affect traffic or hinder the arrival of new campers.

10. Facility maintenance and cleanliness

Everyone is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and quality of the campsite and its facilities including its bathroom facilities.
Do not dispose of waste water on the ground or in gutters.
Please dispose of waste water in the facilities provided.
Please dispose of household waste, general waste and papers in the bins.
Washing is strictly forbidden outside the trays provided.
Clients can hang laundry near their accommodation until 10am as long as they are discreet and do not disturb the neighbours. Do not hang laundry from trees.
Plants and floral decorations must be respected. Do not put nails in trees, cut branches or plant anything.
Do not demarcate pitches yourself or dig up the ground.
The perpetrator is liable for any repairs due to damage to plants, fences, land or camping facilities.
The pitch used for the stay must be kept in the condition that the camper found it in upon arrival.

11. Safety

a) Fire
Open fires (wood, coal etc.) on the ground are strictly forbidden. Heaters and barbecues on stands are allowed, must be in good working condition and cannot be used in dangerous conditions. 
In the event of a fire, please inform management immediately. Extinguishers are available if required.
A first aid kit is available at reception.

b) Theft
Management is responsible for items left at the office and has a general surveillance responsibility for the campsite. Guests are responsible for their own set-up and must inform management of any suspicious people. Guests should take the usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.

12. Games

No violent or noisy games can be played near accommodation.
No team games can be held in the function room.
Parents must monitor their children at all times.

13. Storage facility

Unoccupied tents and motorhomes can only be left on the stated pitch upon agreement from management. Payment may be required.

14. Breach of rules

Should a resident disturb other guests’ stay or fail to follow the resort’s rules, management or a representative may ask them to stop (in person or by post).
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules and after being asked by management to follow the rules, management may terminate the stay.
In the event of criminal activity, management may call the police.


NATURISM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

Please follow the Héliomonde resort’s rules for safety, courtesy and mutual respect. Please note that our resort is a naturist resort and nudity is compulsory.
Entry to the Héliomonde naturist leisure resort is reserved for family-friendly naturism. By staying in the resort, you agree to our Naturist Code of Conduct.


A/ Naturist Moral Code

Photos or videos of people who have not agreed to be in shot are not allowed in the resort.
Management alone can authorise videos or photos. For the same reasons, the use of phones and laptops is strictly forbidden in the pool area.
Anyone who does not follow this rule may have their camera film or other destroyed should people who believe they have been photographed or filmed without their knowledge or agreement make a complaint.
In the event of videos or photos on behalf of the resort, the operator must have written authorisation from Héliomonde S.A: they must present it and get written and signed authorisation from the people in question before any videos or photos can be shot.
Nudity is compulsory throughout the resort, weather permitting. It is compulsory in the Swimming pool/Sauna/Turkish bath area no matter the weather. Intimate jewellery is not allowed in the resort.
Make-up and jewellery should be discreet. Swimwear is allowed for certain sports outside the swimming pool but “extravagant” outfits, especially thongs, are banned. Any gesture, opinion or attitude deemed harmful to the resort will result in the perpetrator being removed immediately.

B/ Code of Conduct


Héliomonde is a family-friendly naturist leisure resort.
All guests at Héliomonde must follow the resort’s rules and behave in keeping with naturist ideals at all times :


Healthy and community nudity is based on living in nature and self and mutual respect.
Intimate jewellery is not allowed at the resort.

Full nudity is compulsory subject to weather and activity.
Nudity is compulsory in the swimming pool and sauna/Turkish bath area.

All guests must be responsible and vigilant towards any form of exhibitionism,
voyeurism, sexual provocation or any behaviour that may offend children and adults.

Please do not make any noise that may disturb the peace or activities of other guests.
Please adhere to personal hygiene rules e.g. using a towel to sit on.
All guests must protect the natural environment and respect facilities.
