TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Renting a plot at the Héliomonde resort is deemed a sub-let for “holiday” chalets. In exchange for an annual plot rental licence fee, you can use the resort for short-term stays.
Under no circumstances can you use the rental as your main residence.
Héliomonde SA reserves the right to allow or disallow the purchase of a bungalow or mobile home :
- The vendor must be up to date with their annual licence fee (second-hand sale)
- The buyer must be known to or know the Héliomonde resort.
The buyer agrees to follow Héliomonde’s rules and code of conduct.
Bungalows and mobile homes are forms of property. Héliomonde shall not be involved in the transaction between individuals (buying/selling second-hand).
Payment of an annual licence fee is entailed in the purchase of this property.
Nobody is approved or authorised by Héliomonde SA to organise the purchase or sale of a bungalow or mobile home.
1/ Administrative Documents
The following is required before the Residential contract can be signed.
Some items will be requested at the start or end of every year.
- Form of ID for everyone listed on the package
- Car registration papers
- Civil liability insurance for your set-up
- Pet vaccination record
- Proof of purchase for a 2kg powder fire extinguisher
- Proof of address (council tax)

ENTRY FROM JANUARY 1ST TO DECEMBER 31ST FOR THE REGISTERED YEAR
Your package includes :
Free “day” guests (people staying with you on your plot for a few hours and not using the resort facilities :
swimming pool, sauna etc.
Compulsory registration at reception + form of ID
Free “guests” 10 night package (people invited and staying with you and using the resort facilities :
swimming pool, sauna etc.
Maximum 3 guest nights/guest/season
Compulsory registration at reception + form of ID
5/ Calculating your annual licence fee
Your annual licence fee is calculated by adding the “basic package” (2-person seasonal licence fee)
to your chosen options

ANNUAL FEE FOR 1 OR 2 PEOPLE + 1 CAR + WATER PACKAGE + ELECTRICITY (0,17€/khw)
+ LOCAL TAX : 0,22€/PERSON OVER 18 YEARS/NIGHT
