By booking a stay available on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions.

The service provider guarantees the information about the services available and detailed on the website are correct.

1/ Our services


Pitches are for your tent, caravan or motorhome. The price of your stay is based on a package including the pitch, number of guests subject to package, your tent/caravan, your car on the car park and use of facilities, entertainment and bathroom facilities. Additional fees (extra guest/s, adults or children, electricity, pets etc.) are not included in the package and cost extra.
Children aged 6 and under stay free.


Rentals must be booked online on a nightly or weekly basis. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. A 180€ deposit is required before you are given the keys. Payment is solely by bank card imprint. The deposit will be refunded after inventory minus any damage and cleaning if you have not left your rental in good condition.
Our prices include guests (based on rental capacity), water, gas, electricity, your car on the outdoor car park and use of facilities, entertainment and bathroom facilities. Rentals are fully equipped and complimentary bed linen is provided. Your rental must be clean and tidy upon departure.All rentals have a maximum capacity. Any additional guests will cost extra following authorisation from the site manager.

We can only satisfy your needs for a specific pitch or rental subject to availability.


All free or payable activities stated on our website may be altered or cancelled upon arrival on the campsite due to circumstances out of our control/in the event of a force majeure. We shall not be held responsible in this event.
The Héliomonde resort agrees to inform clients in real time of the facilities available on its website  www.heliomonde.fr or Facebook page www.facebook.com/heliomonde.


Whichever package you choose (camping pitch or rental), there are additional charges for pets, visitors etc.
Our VAT-inclusive prices do not include holiday tax charged on behalf of the Community of Communes. It is 0.20cts per person over 18 years and per night. To this is added an additional departmental tax of 0.02cts per person over 18 years and per night. The amount of these supplements will be indicated at the time of booking and will be paid on arrival. Taxes are billed simultaneously with your accommodation.

2/ Payment


You can settle the deposit and balance for your booking or stay using the following methods: cheque or French postal cheque, holiday vouchers, cash, credit card (exc. American Express) or bank transfer.

Any booking request must be made in writing with a deposit equal to 25% of the holiday fees + booking fees (subject to duration) and cancellation insurance (if taken out).
The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation from CAMPEZ COUVERT.
The balance is due at least 30 days before the first day of your stay.
Failure to pay the balance within the aforementioned time is deemed a cancellation and our cancellation terms apply (please see below).

3/ Last minute booking

Any booking made within 30 days of the check-out date must be paid in full by card.
Any booking paid using another payment method is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and subject to availability.

4/ Late arrival, early departure

The full stay is due in the event of late arrival or early departure based on the dates stated on your booking form. No refunds are provided should your late arrival or early departure mean you miss some of your stay.

5/ Non-appearance on the campsite

Should you fail to arrive on the campsite within 48 hours of the start of your stay without reasons/news about your arrival, we shall relet your camping pitch or rental. We shall retain any fees as per our cancellation terms.

6/ Check-in on arrival

You will be asked to provide a form of ID upon arrival at the resort. It must state the name of the person who made the booking. The ID will be scanned and attached to the guest record for police checks. The Héliomonde resort reserves the right to refuse any guests who have been removed from any France4naturisme resort.

7/ Rules

All guests must follow the Héliomonde resort rules. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any guest whose behaviour breaches our code of conduct or naturist criteria.

8/ Cancellation

By the guest :

Any cancellation must be sent by post effective from the date the letter is received. The letter must be sent to Héliomonde, Route de la petite Beauce, 91530 Saint-Chéron.

For pitch cancellations :
The full balance due upon booking is held no matter the date of receipt.

For rental cancellations :
• over 16 days before arrival, the deposit and booking fees will be held by the Héliomonde resort.
• under 16 days before arrival, the full rental balance, booking fees and insurance (if applicable) are due.

By the provider :

Before departure

The client will receive a letter sent by recorded delivery and email and a full refund for any monies paid should the service provider cancel the stay despite receiving a firm booking/booking confirmation due to a force majeure, weather conditions, events causing total or partial destruction, full or partial administrative failure, delayed work due to storms and others, unfit items essential to the campsite’s running, safety risks, external issues or if the campsite is deemed unsuitable upon opening by management.
We shall provide the client with alternative solutions where possible based on stays, periods, products and destinations available on our website.
In this event, should there be a difference between the price paid and the price of the new solution provided by the company and accepted by the client, the client will be refunded the difference or our company will pay the excess.
Any other fees are not included and shall not be refunded.

During the stay

Management shall hand deliver a letter to the client to inform them that their stay will be shortened should the service provider cancel during the stay due to a force majeure, weather conditions, events causing total or partial destruction, full or partial administrative failure, delayed work due to storms and others, unfit items essential to the campsite’s running, safety risks, external issues etc.
The client will be refunded on a prorata basis for the remainder of the stay.

9/ Insurance

Campers are covered by the Héliomonde resort’s civil liability insurance during their stay for any injuries or damage to equipment which the company is liable for. Upon arrival, campers must present a valid insurance certificate for their caravan, tent and/or equipment covering civil liability in particular. If guests cannot provide it, insurance must be taken out on-site. We shall not be held responsible for theft or damage to personal items. Our civil liability does not cover theft or damage to tents, caravans and their contents. Héliomonde shall not be held responsible for damage caused by external forces such as storms, hurricanes or tornadoes that are out of our team’s control. Please note that car parks are not under surveillance and drivers park at their own risk.

10/ Minors

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the campsite (pitches or rentals).

11/ Pets

As a general rule, dogs and cats (excluding category 1 and 2 dogs) are allowed at the Héliomonde resort. We can accommodate one pet per booking. We require dogs to be kept on a leash in the resort. Please respect the cleanliness and environment of the campsite. You must present an up-to-date veterinary record upon arrival. Rabies vaccination and chip certificate compulsory.

13/ Complaints

Any complaints following a stay on one of our campsites must be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery within 20 days of the end of the stay to:                Héliomonde, Route de la Petite Beauce, 91530 Saint-Chéron

Mediation of consumer disputes: In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "mediation of consumer disputes", the customer has the right to have recourse free of charge to the mediation service proposed by Héliomonde. The mediator "right of consumption" thus proposed is MEDICYS.

14/ Booking cancellation insurance with break in stay
(Inc. personal + luggage assistance based on package)

The Héliomonde resort recommends you take out cancellation insurance upon booking.
 No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or a break in your stay.
